Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would complement vanilla and lemon drizzle cakes. sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as it can cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, great for weekend getaways.

Add the grounds, and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Then let it sit for 4 minutes then plunge and enjoy.
